Partner balance

Partners earn a withdrawable money balance from referrals. The reward amount per referral is set by the service operator and may change for newly issued codes. The reward of your code is fixed when the code is issued and does not change afterwards; a paid reward never exceeds what remains of the payment after the payment provider's fee and our costs. There is no minimum payout, but a payout requires a signed partner agreement, and each reward becomes withdrawable 30 days after the referral’s payment — the refund window plus a margin. A full refund or a chargeback after that still reverses the reward, also when it has been paid out (see «Refunds and chargebacks» below). The hold applies to each reward separately. Regular users are not partners and do not earn a balance.

Partner program

Partners get a personal promo code and earn a balance on referred subscriptions, subject to these Partner terms, the Terms of service and the Offer. A referral is applied when a buyer enters the code at checkout. Details and sign-up are on the Partner Program page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the program (self-referral, fraud).

Partner balance (Public offer)

A partner’s promo code gives the buyer a discount and earns the partner a withdrawable money balance, with no minimum payout. The buyer's discount on a code is set by the service: it is the same for every code and may change for new purchases; purchases already paid are not affected. A payout requires a signed partner agreement, and each reward becomes withdrawable 30 days after the referral’s payment — the refund window plus a margin. A full refund or a chargeback after that still reverses the reward, also when it has been paid out (see «Refunds and chargebacks» below). The hold applies to each reward separately. Regular users are not partners and do not earn a balance. Partner program participation is governed by these Partner terms, the Terms of Service and the Offer.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a customer gets a payment back — by a full refund or a chargeback, at any time, also after the paid period — the reward for that payment is reversed: it is deducted from your balance, also when it has already matured or been paid out, and your balance may go below zero; your next rewards cover the minus once they mature.

If a reversal lowers your available balance below the amount of an open payout request, that request is cancelled; the cancellation is shown in your balance history and no email is sent.

Negative balance and blocking

If your available balance falls below −20.00 USD (the limit is set by Kinvoice), your partner code and your account are blocked automatically; only Kinvoice unblocks them.

Deleting your partner account

If you delete your partner account, its whole balance — on hold and available — and an open payout request are cancelled: a positive amount is retained by Kinvoice as a service fee, a negative balance is written off. The email of a deleted account cannot be used for a new account. Deletion cannot be undone.
