Refund & Cancellation Policy

Honest pricing includes an easy refund. No tricks, no lock-in.

1. 14-day refund

PRO comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of payment, contact us via our Contacts page from your account email and we will refund you in full.

2. No auto-renewal — nothing to cancel

PRO is billed once per year at $49.90 with no auto-renewal. There is no recurring charge to cancel: when the term ends, the subscription simply expires. You can choose to renew manually if you wish.

3. Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record, which is the legal seller and may also handle refund processing on our behalf. The Merchant of Record is Paddle.

4. After cancellation or expiry

When your subscription ends (by refund or expiry), your data is kept for 14 days and then permanently deleted, per the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before then.

5. Partner balance

Partner balances are unaffected by a buyer’s refund except where a referral reward is reversed, as described in the Terms of Service.
