Why I built Kinvoice
Every invoice I sent looked a little different. So I made one template in Excel and started using it. All was fine until I noticed that I had not changed the document number for half a year — and a few small details besides.
Keeping it all in folders, month after month, was a discipline of its own. Forget to put one file where it belongs, and at the end of the year you and your accountant are hunting for who was billed what back in March.
Enough. That is how Kinvoice appeared. It is a project for myself first of all: so that I never forget the numbers and dates of my documents, never retype the same client details, and can simply give my accountant read access, so they find every document they need and download it in one click.
Kinvoice is not a magic wand. It is order and saved time for those who really need it — join the club of active entrepreneurs.
