1. The service

Kinvoice is an online invoice generator. The free constructor works in your browser; a paid PRO plan adds saving, server-side export and a referral program. By using the service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Offer.

2. Accounts and consent

Creating a PRO account requires accepting the Privacy Policy, these Terms and the Offer; partners additionally accept the partner program terms. Consent is mandatory at registration.

Your email is set at registration and cannot be changed. It is the single trusted channel we use for everything regarding your account. No verification email is sent — you are signed in immediately. Keep your email accessible and secure.

Your cabinet is available immediately — we email your sign-in details to you right after registration. An account that is registered but never used (no company profile, no saved invoice) and never subscribed is treated as unused and removed 7 days after registration. For your security, a session expires after 24 hours, after which you sign in again.

3. Guest privacy

In guest mode, your invoice data and uploaded files never leave your device — nothing is sent to or stored on our servers (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Pricing and billing

PRO costs $49.90 per year, paid once for the year, with no auto-renewal and no automatic charges. When the term ends, the subscription simply stops; we never charge a stored card silently. Payment is processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (the legal seller), Paddle; refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Promo codes

Anyone can apply a partner’s promo code when subscribing to get a discount. Applying a code earns you nothing yourself — only partners earn a reward for the codes they share (see below).

7. Partner balance

Partners earn a withdrawable money balance from referrals. The reward amount per referral is set by the service operator and may change for newly issued codes; an already issued code keeps the terms it was issued under. Payouts are available from $100 and require a signed partner agreement. Regular users are not partners and do not earn a balance.

8. Partner program

Partners get a personal promo code and earn a balance on referred subscriptions, subject to these Terms and the Offer. A referral is applied when a buyer enters the code at checkout. Details and sign-up are on the Partner Program page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the program (self-referral, fraud).

9. Data retention

After a subscription ends, account data is kept for 14 days and then permanently deleted.
